How often should I clean my gutters?
At least twice a year: once in the spring and once more in the late fall. Additional cleanings may be required in heavily wooded areas.
How are the gutters cleaned?
Our professional gutter cleaners collect all debris by hand. We bag and remove all debris from your gutters as a part of the service. We will flush all downspouts with water to ensure that your gutters are completely clear, if needed for an extra charge. Some clogs may require an additional charge for removal, which the gutter cleaner will inform you of before the removal is performed.
Do you need to be home for the gutter cleaning?
No, we can do all gutter cleaning without any involvement from home owner. We will leave an invoice so you know the work is complete.
Do I need to clean my gutters if I have gutter guards?
Yes, they should still have an annual cleaning even if you have guard guards. One reason is to make sure the gutters are fully functional. Two, collect any debris that has a cumulated under or on top of the guards. And, three to make sure the guards themselves are doing their job. We will charge an extra fee to remove the guards and put back on.
How do I pay for my home cleaning service?
Payment may be made by cash or check at the time of service. We no longer accept credit cards.
What is your guarantee?
Our guarantee is, if you are not completely satisfied, call within 48 hours and we will re-clean to meet your satisfaction.
