How do I count my windows? Each framed out window is one window (please refer to pricing chart above) Add at window diagram explaining how to count the different types of windows

Are you insured? 

Yes, both our company and all of our technicians are fully insured.

How long does it usually take? 
Our window cleaning services could range anywhere from a couple of hours to a full day depending on the number of services you schedule.

How do you clean the windows?
We will take apart the window removing any storms or screens. Wash all surfaces and put window back together. We only use squeegees and scrubbers and soap and water. We do carry scrapers for tough debris removal.

Do you service on weekends?
Yes, we are available to clean your windows seven days a week.

Do I have to be home for window cleaning?
No, we leave that you your discretion. We just need a way to get in if inside cleaning is required.

What if it rains on my scheduled cleaning day?
On days when the weather is in question, the customer may contact us. We closely monitor the current weather conditions. If inside work can be completed we can return and complete exterior work when weather permits.

What do I need to do before Scrubco’s arrival? 
We have our own supplies and equipment. All we ask is that there is a clear path to the windows. Remove any antiques, heirlooms, breakables, “nick-knacks”, etc. from furniture that may be in front of the window, or on the window sill.

How do I pay for my window cleaning service? 
Payment may be made by cash or check at the time of service. We no longer accept credit cards.

What is your guarantee?
Our guarantee is, if you are not completely satisfied, call within 48 hours and we will re-clean to meet your satisfaction.
